There is a lot to do in the area. Beautiful forest with lakes is just 5 km away. There are multiple walking and cycling routes which suit all physical abilities (bike hire available) . Carp and Fly Fishing. Sandy beaches, sailing boats, canoe, pedalos, camping. Restaurant and cafes are open all day. There is a live music in the restaurant on Saturday night and Sunday lunch time. Historical towns Alencon, Mayenne, Le Mans within 25-36 km. Number of charming villages even closer than that. Paris is only 1.5 hour away by train. Ferry port Caen-2h and Dieppe-3 h drive. Airports: Rennes, Tours (Ryanair). sYou are welcome to use a small garden, where you can relax at the end of the day. There is also Sitting /Smoking arear at the patio. My house policy - No smoking.
