Combining modern comfort and the old one charms, this périgourdine traditional accomodates you within a framework of greenery to make you spend pleasant holidays. You will benefit on the spot from nature, a large garden and a swimming pool 5,5 X 12 m with telescopic shelter in order to offer to you a space of protected pleasure and a permanent comfort of bathe without worrying about the whims of the weather. This périgourdine of 220m ² is composed: - in RdC: of a large dining room/living room with chimney “Cantou”, of 2 opened kitchens entirely equipped (combined refrigerating/freezer, hotplate, furnace, lava linen, lava crockery, microwaves…, of a double room (1 bed 140x190) with 1 privative shower-room, double room (1 bed 140x190), 1 bathroom and 2 WC independent. - On the 1st floor: a corner living room “relaxation”, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC independent, 2 rooms doubles (160x200m), 2 rooms duplex with 4 simple beds (90x190). In outside, you have 2 privative terraces with furniture of garden, pergola, deckchairs, barbecue… The garden of 2000m ² has a telescopic swimming pool 5,5x12m with shelter (heated water), of a swing.
