Description of B&B:

Two double rooms each with private bath and toilet, with your choice of 2 single beds or 1 double bed. A family suite for 4 people with 1 double bed and 2 singles.
Wifi access, photocopies, smoke free environment. Sorry, no animals.

Description of Gite:

Self-catering 1 bedr apt with exposed beams, stone walls, modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. Sleeps 4. Rented weekly preferably, shorter stays can be arranged depending on the season. Located on the first floor of an early 19th century stone house, totally renovated in 2006, with a large bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and separate toilet. Living room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2, with a modern corner-kitchen and eating area. One bedroom with double bed. Possible to put a child's traveling bed in the bedroom. Bed linens and towels are furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, 2 electric burners, and all the necessary utensils. There is a table that seats 4-6 people in the eating area. Housekeeping material furnished.

Bonne adresse dans un village adorable

Une adresse atypique qui présente de nombreux atouts : le caractère pittoresque du village, l'accueil attentif et chaleureux de Ellen et Don avec qui il est très plaisant de discuter, la liberté permise par la configuration des lieux (les chambres étant situées au-dessus du café, on se sent plus libre que lorsqu'on loge chez l'habitant). Le studio que nous avions réservé était très propre et bien équipé (à l'exception des rideaux qui ne permettaient pas de faire l'obscurité dans la pièce) et le petit déjeuner très correct. Les quantités servies pour le petit déjeuner sont peut-être un peu justes pour les gros mangeurs mais si l'on en fait la demande, des suppléments sont apportés de bonne grâce.

Les chambres d'hôte sont situées à l'étage d'un charmant café, dans un petit village pittoresque. La chambre que j'occupais était spacieuse, très propre et agréable, très calme (le café est fermé en soirée). L'accueil est extrêmement chaleureux, tout en restant discret. L'emplacement du Gorvello est idéal pour rayonner sur les sites touristiques de la région. Les propriétaires proposent des animations culturelles et des expositions, de nombreux livres sont à disposition. J'ai été enchantée par ce séjour, et je retournerai sans nul doute au Gorvello Café. A noter en outre, une excellente crêperie à proximité.

Chambre d'hôtes accueillante, reposante, chaleureuse dans un petit village typique de bretagne pas loin de la mer.

Nous avons passé un excellent we au Gorvello café : ambiance authentique, accueil chaleureux de toute la famille par les Anderson, suite agréable et délicieux petits déjeûner !
Le Gorvello, en plus d'être un très joli village, est un lieu pratique pour rayonner autour du Golfe.
Un excellent souvenir, qui donne envie de revenir !
