To 30 m of the very great sand beach end (6km) of Sainte Marine (small fishing port located vis-a-vis Bénodet) and at the beginning of the hiking which will carry out you to discover the “country of the sea in wood” the house is close with less than one km to the first trade (bakery, mini-market, delicatessen) and nautical center.
