THE SWEET LIFE AT THE GATEWAY TO NERAC AT THE DOMAINE DU CAUZE, CHAMBRES ET TABLES D’HOTES 3 EPIS GITES DE FRANCE. In the heart of South-West France, Isabelle welcomes you to a charming two century old property, situated on a hilltop with a dominant view, two kilometres from Nérac, the capital of the good life. Come and relax in this old restored farm situated in a park of 1 hectare, with a fully secured swimming pool (dimensions 5m. x 12m., depth 1,20m. x 1,80m), sunbathing, garden lounge, pétanque (bowls), large lounge with antique furniture and a billiard table.The Domaine du Cauze offers four spacious bedrooms and a 50 m2 two room suite. Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable double beds and with modern en suite facilities: shower, wash-stand and private toilets. One of the rooms has two single beds in addition and can accommodate four people. Located in the oldest part of the property, the suite consists of a living room and bedroom and can sleep up to four people. The ensuite facilities - shower, dressing and WC - are in separate rooms. It has an independent entrance with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. Dinner, reservation required, is prepared solely with local products, according to seasonal availability. Not offered in July and August.
