Located close to the Cité des Sciences (Paris Science Museum), Parc de la Villette and Parc des Buttes Chaumonts, our gay-friendly Bed and Breakfast is the ideal place for a relaxing and friendly stay in Paris.

LOCATION IN PARIS :
Situated in a calm residential neighborhood (area rue Germaine Tailleferre in Paris’s 19th arrondissement). Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est Paris train stations are within walking distance (15 min). The closest metro station is Ourcq (line 5), just 250 meters from the apartment (you can be in the center of Paris (Châtelet) in twenty-five minutes!).

Conveniently situated within walking distance of the Canal Saint Martin and la Villette (with cafés, restaurants, movie theaters, bike rentals).
All major attractions of Paris are less than thirty minutes away by metro.
A secure parking space is available during your stay.

THE APARTMENT :
The 90 sqm apartment is in a residential building with an elevator built in 2003.
The area dedicated to guests is right when you enter. With this location, your room is separate from the rest of the apartment, allowing privacy. (Our cat will not bother you)

Our north and south oriented apartment makes it a pleasant, bright and calm place with wooden floors in the common areas.
We provide books on Paris, gay magazines and maps.

ROOM DETAILS :
Your 15 sqm, bedroom faces south and includes a double bed, two beside tables and lamps, closet, LCD TV with 100 national and international channels, and wireless internet.
You will have your own bathroom with a shower, sink and storage.
The bedroom also features a small balcony (smoking only permitted outside).

RATES :
75€ a night for one or two persons, towels/linens included.
Breakfast included (coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice, bread and pastries, homemade jams) served between 7.30am and 9.30am in the living room or balcony.

No pets allowed.

AVAILABILITY & BOOKING :
To ensure availability, please book in advance. Minimum stay is two nights. Guests are welcome for weekends, holidays or internships in Paris.
