Description of Gite:

Located in Saint Cyprien Plage, lively resort with 6 km of fine sand with international golf course and indoor pool, marina and fishing with direct sale of fish by fishermen. In a residential area near the port, quiet, 100 meters from the beach, on the second floor with balcony and sea view of a modern building (built in 1988) of 12 apartments called Residence de la Plage, in 'intersection of Ingres and Rodin, adjacent to the residence "The Wisteria", and almost opposite the hotel-restaurant "Mar i Sol" (follow the signs of these institutions to easily find the residence), a location Private parking is reserved at the foot of the building. Very close are the shops and services (bakery, newsagent, grocery, butcher, cafe within 100 meters). Many parking spaces are also available, including the parking of the residence.Saint Cyprien offers entertainment throughout the summer and Perpignan is only 20 minutes by car and Spain to three quarters of an hour. If you come by train to stop at NLSC, a town 5 minutes from St Cyprien, on the line Barcelona Perpignan, then take a taxi.
