Description of B&B:

La Forgerie is an 18th-century renovated farm that was built in a quiet and picturesque hamlet in the heart of Périgord noir, some 12km away from Sarlat and les Eyzies, and surrounded by six of the most beautiful villages of France. It will be our pleasure to welcome you in this comfortable, warm and authentic environment.

Access:

To get to Baran (hamlet of the town of Castels):- Coming from Sarlat: When facing the supermarket Casino in the south of Sarlat, take the road D25 following the direction of Le Bugue. Drive 10Km and take a left following the direction of Baran.- Coming from St Cyprien: when facing the townhall of St Cyprien, take the road D25 following the direction of Sarlat through the hills. Drive 5Km and take a right following the direction of Baran.

Nous avons été enchantés par le lieu, la chambre, le petit déjeuner complet et en plus des fraises de la région ! Nous n'oublierons pas les confitures différentes tous les jours, le tout servi dans une très belle salle à manger, avec une vaisselle raffinée dans un cadre changé au niveau des couleurs tous les jours.
Beaucoup de gout pour la décoration.
L'accueil est très convivial. Le site ne trompe pas. A recommander à ses amis.

Si un depaysement dans le perigord noir vous tente, alors la Forgerie est l'endroit ideal .
Un acceuil chaleureux dans des chambres spacieuses etr confortables , un petit dejeuner sompteux pour vous mettre en forme pour la journée . Merci à Jean-louis et a son epouse pour ces quelques jours passés chez eux même si le temps n 'etait pas avec nous , nous esperons simplement que la prochaine fois le soleil sera là !!!
