Description of B&B:

Ideal for a city break or a business trip "Downtown" B&B is situated walking distance to old Nice ,all amenities, seaside and transport services in Nice.

The flat is clean , charming and comfortable , has a large living room , bathroom with shower and tub ,separated toilet and fully equipped kitchen.

Two rooms available with double beds, wardrobe, heating/air conditioning, Wi-Fi, wooden floor The smaller room can accommodate 2 persons , the larger up to 3 persons, both rooms are very quiet as the rest of the apartment !

Fresh bed linen and towels included as well as continental breakfast fresh from our local boulangerie.

No smoking apartment

Check in / out times are 2pm / 12pm respectively however, I am always happy to be flexible if I can ,to accommodate late or early arrival times.
