Upstairs (access by ladder) 30 m2 bedroom with double bed.Outside gravelled terrace with garden furniture and barbecue ; garden with trees and parking space ; washing machine in a separate annex ; swimming pool (10x5) to be shared with owners who live in a separate house with a different entrance.
