A comfortable bed and breakfast and breakfast for 2, 160 reads, (possibility of adding a cot and baby, and to accommodate 2 extra persons in a room attached)

Heating Rates in 2012: from 60 to 70 per night for 2 people, Breakfast included. 15 per additional person.

Description of Gite:

"Small cottage" located in conditioned ground floor of the house of the owner. 10m ² terrace, enclosed garden, shared with the owner and customers of the guest rooms. Garden furniture, deck chairs, children's games, hammock.

TV-room with kitchen (microwave) with a convertible 2 places and 1 bed 90. A bedroom with 2 people. Bathroom - toilet. Oil central heating included ( 38 weekly package). Opportunity to end of stay cleaning (30 ). Washer and dryer shared with the owner. Sheets and towels 8 for a bed.

2012 Price: from 355 to 500 per week.

Access:

From the A9, exit Sigean. Take direction Perpignan, at the roundabout, take the N9 towards Perpignan. After 6 km, direction La Palme. Down in the village. End Avenue San Brancati, turn left onto Sisters (after the town hall). At the stop sign, turn right, avenue de la Mer, and take the first left onto Pellissier. Then turn right way (street) of the washhouse.
