Easy access by the A8 highway. Our cottage is in a very quiet and wooded Residence called « les Hauts du Sémaphore » with view on the Sainte Maxime golf courses. Nartelle beach about 1 km away Large private residential swimming-pool about 400 m away - free access for our guests 5 private tennis court about 300 m away - free access for our guests 2 supermarkets and downtown about 2 km away Typical Provençal architecture : exposed beams ceilings, canal tiles roof, side walls made of rustic "crépi" Enclosed garden of 340 m2 Garden furniture, hammock and barbecue grill Pergola and shaded terrace Parking in front of the cottage Cellar with a reserve of logs
