Confortable safe cattering Gîte in Burdundy, in ondulating country, betweem Morvan and winegard. Self-contained restored farmhouse . Accommodation on grd. & 1st floors. Kitchen, dining room-lounge with Jotul woodburner & beamed ceiling. 4 bedrooms (2 single beds, 2 doubles). Bathroom, shower room, 2 WCs. Elec. heating (radiant panels). Veranda, garage, walled courtyard & 3,500 sq. m. fenced garden behind gîte. Firewood : 35 €/stere (cubic metre). VCR. Towels provided free of charge. Gallo-Roman town of Autun 20 km, Etang Fouché 8 km (supervised bathing in Summer, beach, children's games, pedalos).
