The rooms are simple furnished but with heartfulness, a doublebed, chairs and table as small cupboards are in all rooms, by side there are the bathrroms wih toilets

our spaces « out off beaten tracks » welcome you in a frame of simplicity and discretion, genuineness and charm for a small feast in numerous tastes. Our candlelight-diners are served in summertime in differantes outdoorspaces as the shady patio, on the terrace or in the garden byside fishponds and a small watefall, in wintertime in the spaces around the open chemny and its warm fire. Romantic or magic instants inbetween intimity and the calm of the valley aside time.

we prepare all our diners with frech products, in creativity and with love. our wine cellar offers you a wide range of the ancient or modern varieties of grapes of the Languedoc Roussillon.

our festivity dîners :

the wintertime, dinners are held around the big chimney of our old cévenol farmhouse in the south of france.. In fine weather, meals are served in our nice and shady patio. We dedicate all our care to offer you a fond of good food, inventive and refined kitchen. To allow us to receive you at best for the days of miscellaneouses festivitys, we kindly ask you to reserve at least 7 days beforehand if possible

5 jours de calme et de sérénité passés dans ces vieilles pierres .Un cadre de verdure avec le chant des oiseaux
et le murmure d'une petite fontaine pour vous réveiller.Vous descendez sous le patio et vous découvrez une table chargée de mille délices pour le petit déjeuner.Pour le diner c'est tous les soirs Versaille avec les lumières et les mets raffinés qu'Helmut le maitre des lieux vous concocte avec passion.

LE PARADIS SUR TERRE

Un havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure.Une cuisine inventive, créative, originale et délicieuse. Un accueil chaleureux tout en restant très discret. Si le paradis existe sur terre il se trouve à la Vieille Maison.
