Calm and comfort in beautiful decorated villa of a swimming pool and ideally located at the hearth of the Riviera close to Grasse and Cannes. Double room and family continuation (2 communicating rooms) with privative terraces and entries. Large room of leisures with billiards, apparatuses of musculation, parlour games, library, refrigerator and microwave. Pedestrian ballades on the spot and tennis, restaurants, trade in the vicinity (500m). Starting points excel to visit our splendid small Provençaux villages and to make tourism between the Alpes-Maritimes and the VAr. The lake of Cassien Saint is to 8 km (bathe, fishing, restaurants), perfumeries of Grasse are to 5 km.

Access:

By the motorway A/8 while coming from AIX to PROVENCE, to leave "the ADRETS n° 39" Fayence direction. To skirt the lake of St Cassien and with the large round not to take "Grasse" direction on the right. With the Valley of Tignet, to take following right-hand side after the shopping centre "Champion", it is the way of Northern Flaquier which you follow until the n°686 on your line. By the motorway A/8 while coming from Nice, to leave "CANNES LE CANNET-GRASSE n° 42", "Grasse" direction by expressway then direction "Draguignan". To pass the village of "Peymeinade" and with the "Valley of Tignet", to take following left right in front of the shopping centre "Champion", it is the way of Northern Flaquier which you follow until the n° 686 on your line
