Description of Gite:

3 gites in a hamlet near Le Bugue.
La Scieirie (sleeps up to 7) floor area 100m²
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms (bed size 140x190)
1 single bedroom (bed size 90x190) 1 shower room. 1 WC.
Lounge/dining room with TV and DVD.
Kitchen with fridge, oven with 3 gas rings & 1 electric, micro-wave, coffee maker, kettle.....
First floor: 1 twin bedroom (bed size 90x190)
La Grange (sleeps up to 8 people) floor area 110m²
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms: (bed size140x190) 1 shower room, 1WC Lounge/dining room with TV, DVD and video.
Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven with 4 gas rings, fridge freezer, micro-wave, kettle.....
First floor: 2 twin bedrooms (bed size 80x185) 1 shower room with WC.
Outside
Garden with garden furniture, barbecue, parasols, deckchairs, swings, sandpit, table tennis and an area to play football.
Swimming pool: The pool shared by La Scieire and La Grange measures 12x6m, for the safety of young children there is a fence around the pool and an alarm. The pool is open from Easter until the end of September.
Les Acacias (sleeps up to 8 people) floor area 120m²
4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (bed size140x190) 2 with 2 single beds (bed size 90x190) 1 bathroom, 1 shower room. 2 WCs Lounge/dining room with TV, DVD & video.
Well equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker with 4 gas rings and oven, kettle, coffee perculator... Central heating.
Outside: terrace part of which is covered, garden with garden furniture, parasols, barbecue, sun beds, table tennis, swing and sand pit.
Swimming pool: measures 10x5m, for the safety of young children there is a fence around the pool and an alarm. The pool is open from Easter until mid October.
Les Acacias is normally let from Sunday to Sunday and is available all year round.
