Set in sublime scenery of woodland, vineyards and olive groves, right in the heart of France's spectacular "Green Provence", this family run country Guest House invites you to a haven of tranquillity and relaxation amidst lovely natural surroundings. A little piece of paradise, offering a true hideaway from everyday stress and noise.

Enjoy the luxury ambiance of this charming Provencal manor with its 5 spacious bed and breakfast lodgings (ensuite, double bed) and 2 fully equipped one-room self-catering flats, which sleep up to 4. All is carefully decorated and outfitted with valuable country-stylish teakwood furniture. Wooden ceiling beams, terra cotta-floors and hand waxed pastel-coloured walls create a cosy Mediterranean atmosphere, which will instantly make you feel comfortable.

Guests benefit from amenities like a large pool swathed in greenery with deck chairs and umbrellas, Mediterranean gardens and a vast nature park around the house, an on-site wellness oasis offering jacuzzi-spa and professional massage services, a sunny terrace with outdoor furniture, the "Hall of Knights" with cosy fire place and a lounge with library, sat-TV, DVD player, computer, WIFI, internet, minibar and guest kitchen.

Bras is a quaint medieval village, ancient command post of the Knights Templar, idyllically nestled between the lushly wooded hills and mountains of "Green Provence". A little piece of paradise for all lovers of nature and authenticity. The surroundings offer many picturesque corners for extensive hikes and walking tours but also a variety of other activities like biking, climbing, horse riding, canoeing, boating, paragliding, tennis, golf, fishing and many more… And not to forget: thanks to its central situation halfway between the Verdon Gorges and the French Riviera, "La Bastide des Templiers" is the perfect base from which to tour Provence and see most of its famous attractions.

Be advised that this property is not suited for children under 12 years. Its wild character with plunging terraces and age-old drystone walls constitute an accident risk for them, which the owners are not willing to accept.

Description of Gite:

With the Bastide des Templiers Guest House you may book both guest rooms ('Bed & Breakfast') and self-catering holiday rentals.

The ensuite B&B guest bedrooms offer 20 square meters and are equipped with a French double bed with bedside tables, cabinet and a table with 2 chairs. Their rates include a generous breakfast for two as well as towels, bed linen, daily cleaning and taxes. Should you travel alone, rates are to be reduced by 10 €/night.

The self-catering holiday rentals are fully equipped one-room flats of 30 m2 divided into a rest area with French double bed and convertible sofa bed, a living and dining area with dining table, chairs, cabinets and kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The flats are designed for a couple but may sleep up to 4. Rental is without breakfast and exclusively by the week, i.e. from Saturday 5 pm to Saturday 11 am. Rates are all inclusive (bed linen, towels, charges and taxes).
Please note:
1. Apart from the rent, a security deposit (caution) of 200 € is required on arrival to cover any costs which may arise in case of damage caused to the furniture or equipment. This caution will be refunded at check-out after a problem-free handover.
2. Lodgers are required to keep the flat clean during their stay and do a complete cleaning before checking out (which may however be done by the house staff on payment of a cleaning charge of 30 €)

Situated on the first floor, all lodgings offer a splendid view of the natural surroundings.
