Description of B&B:
La Paloma has 8 recently refurbished comfortable en suite rooms one of which has a private balcony with a great view of the Chateau across the fields. There are large gardens, a new above ground pool & large terrace for dining /sunbathing. Animals & Children are welcome, there is a wooden play area in the garden & plenty of space to roam. The restaurant offers a traditional French menu with all dishes freshly prepared using local produceAccess:
La Paloma is situated 3km from the main RN10 which is the main route from Paris to the South, just 5km from Ruffec & 30 minutes from the city of Angouleme.Nearest airports are Angouleme 30mins or Poitiers /Limoges 1 hr .
Nearest station & TGV is at Ruffec.
La Paloma is well signposted from the RN10 via the D192 & then on through the village of Verteuil.
