Description of B&B:

- Bed and Breakfast (with private bathroom) from 36 to 60 € per night including breakfast. There is also the possibility of self-contained accommodation and a shady outdoor area .

Description of Gite:

5 holiday cottages. Each little house has a shady outdoor area and a sitting room and furnished kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs are one or more bedrooms with bathrooms and toilets. Two of these houses also have rooftop terraces with panoramic views across the vineyards to the Alaric mountains.
« Le Menaire » 2/3 people, « Le Barralier » with terrace 4/5 people, « Le Regidou » 4/5 people, « Le Podaire » with terrace 6/7 people, « Le Vendemaire » 8/9 people.
Accommodation can be arranged by week or by month. Prices vary depending on the cottage and the season.
Hostel accommodation in the old wine vaults which have been turned into dormitories, or in a restored wine tun that sleeps two. Access to a large covered terrace with kitchen facilities and a barbeque is included. Sleeps 2-12 people. Price 17 € per person per night. Includes breakfast.
To make sure you enjoy your stay we provide:

Access to the covered terrace with barbeque, wood fired oven and summer kitchen.

To book:
Reservation payment of 25% by cash, cheque, card or bank transfer.

Optional cleaning service (30-50 €)
Electricity consumption (individual meters) and/or wood heater consumption is also payable during the low season (October to April).

Access:

Le Relais Occitan is between Capendu and Marseillette.
By Car - The village of Marseillette is just 15 minutes east of Carcassonne on the D610. – N113 * Motorway : A61 Narbonne-Toulouse, exit at Carcassonne Est, 10 minutes away

By Air - Carcassonne Airport is the nearest - approx 15 minutes drive. You could also use Toulouse, Montpellier and Perpignan airports.

By Train - The nearest train station is in Carcassonne.
