Description of B&B:

A house with 2 rooms of hosts to simple and cordial comfort. Ty Koad is a room with 2 beds of a person, 90x200, electric heating, water room and WC closed in the room. It is located in the L of the house, on the 1st floor and is located in front of the house. It gives the impression to be in a boat with back. Rear Karantez Mor is a room with 1 bed of 2 people, 140x200, electric heating, private water room and WC contiguous and communicating with the room. It is on the 1st floor and is located on the back of the house with sight on the park. In the living room, on the 1st floor, reserved to the holiday makers, is at disposal, coffee, tea or herb tea, library, refrigerator and microwave. Shaded park of 2500 m2, spade-to screw, make barbecue. Plays at disposal: swing, balloon, game of bowls, metal disc...

Description of Gite:

A St Malo, appartement T2, 32m², with parking space, which is of primary importance with St Malo. The stay, exposed southern, is composed of a sofa bed of 2 beds, of a television, a 4 chair and kitchen table. In the corner cooks, 2 electric plates, 1 refrigerator, 1 microwave, 1 electric kettle, 1 coffee machine and 1 grid bread. The crockery and the kitchen utensils are provided. The room with 1 bed of 140 cm, 2 bedsides and a large wall cupboard. If you are courageous you have 1 domestic iron at your disposal. Very close with 2mn with foot, you have lavomatique, while going to make your races you can deposit your linen there. Cloths and the towels are not provided. The apartment is equipped with covers, pillows, thwart and above of bed. The beach, the first, is with 7mn in the car, 10mn of St intramural Malo, 15mn of Dinard, 20mn of Dinan, Cancale, Fraud of Brittany, 30mn of Combourg. A little further, you have the Cape Fréhel, Fort the Slat, the MT St Michel, Bécherel, city of the book, Hédé and its locks, to 1 hour of the Mount St Michel and of Rennes, Fougères
