Description of B&B:

The rooms are located in our ancient farm or, next to it, in an outhouse we have just restored. Each room has got a 160 cm or 180 cm double bed and has got its own bathroom. Two bedrooms are « family rooms » (for 2 adults and 2 or 3 children) They have been furnished with antiques… except the upmarket bedding which has been carefully choosen so that you have wonderfull and peacefull nights ! Catering facilities, for having tea or coffee, in the rooms.

Description of Gite:

For six personns. It is located in an outhouse next to our farmhouse.Ground floor : a living room with kitchen corner. A large bedroom with bathroom and toilets. First floor : 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds) with each its own bathroom and toilets. Bikes for rental

160 km From ParisBordeaux-Nantes motorwayAt the Saint Arnoult toll take Rennes-Le Mans directionExit at « la Ferté Bernard »Take Bellême direction in La Ferté Bernard until Saint Germain de la Coudre (D 36)In Saint Germain de la Coudre take Bellou Le Trichard Direction.After more or less 4,5 km turn left where a sign indicates « Lauseraie » among several other farmhouse names and drive 500 m.
