A warm welcome assured; our property which is freshly renovated and all bedrooms have private showers; washbasins and toilets, and the large suite for 4-8 (max) people, containing 5 parts including a bedroom with an ensuite shower room (shower and washbasin), a salon, 2 double beds, 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds and there are 2 separate toilets and a shower room (shower and washbasin) for you to share; is set in a beautiful part of France with lovely woodland views and of the River Cère which borders our acre of grounds and is relaxing. We have the benefit of a full drinks licence to sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; breakfast is included and evening meals usually are available by order:

We have a swimming pool and table tennis which is shared by all our visitors and grounds of 1 acre bordered by the river Cère with a small river beach for river bathing.

The gite*** has been classified 3 stars by ClèVacances is an independent house with one large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and another bedroom with 1 single bed and a pair of bunk beds, a bathroom and separate toilet, a large living room with a large open fireplace, a double bed/settee and a small futon. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a private garden with a bbq. All rooms have electric wall heaters.
