Description of Gite:

The Lot et Garonne is a fantastic area of South West France with great
scenery and lots of places to visit and enjoy.

170 METRES from 80 kilometre cycle track bordering the "Canal du Midi" whereyou can
watch the barges passing
Near to all attractions and amenities for the young and older visitors.

Full house rental, private scenic family home, in a tranquil village
Ideal for 2/3 families., it sleeps up to 11 in 5 bedrooms, all of
which are en-suite. 11 Bicycles are available, suitable for ages 2 to
adult. There is a round (child safety) pool, two large lounges with
television/dvd.One kitchen upstairs for more formal dining and one
downstairs next to the terrace. The upstairs terrace overlooks the
super large gardens, and the large ground floor terrace is shaded by
vines. It's next to the lounge/Kitchen, barbecue and swimming pool.

Own Petanque area - borderig the "Garonne"

A super large stainless steel barbecue within an attractive stone
setting. Sun loungers and garden furniture are provided. There is
ample parking for 5/6 cars, and bicycles are available to guests .

There are several markets in the nearby villages, the nearest being
"Bon Encontre" and Agen.

Utility room including new state of the art water purifier, washing
machine and all the bedding and towels you will need.

Aquitaine, the region renowned for the quality of its food with many
restaurants using local produce, in season, with distinctive flair and
abundance. There are many local vineyards where you can while away a
sunny afternoon.

The charming historic town of Agen is 9km away, Some of the most
beautiful villages in France. Monjoi, Castelsagrat, Montcuq, Lauzerte,
Pujols, Moissac, Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

Attractions & Facilities

tennis court in village - we have key. CYCLING ideal location for the
excellent cycle track which passes near to the very private house-
horse-riding, golf, and walking. There are the many markets which take
place in towns and villages all year round but particularly in summer
with the pleasant additional of the nocturnal market.

Enjoy barge trips down the canal from the nearby town of Agen or
Nerac. Fantastic outdoor swimming pool/complex in Agen (8km). Very
large Aqua park and go karting nearby One of Europe Aquaparks
Adventure "WALIBI" huge entertainment value just 10 mins away
