Description of B&B:

LA MINOTERIE (Sleeps 12)

5 ensuite bedrooms. On the groundfloor you will find a double room with an extra single bed and terrace overlooking the river. Another room is particularly useful for disabled persons or someone with less mobility.

On the first floor there is a double room, a room with two single beds and another with both a double and a single with a small balcony overlooking the river. We are also able to offer a cot and highchair.

Description of Gite:

Le Moulin de St Avit

Le Moulin de St Avit is a 17th Century water mill set in 5acres of land, surrounded by woodland on the edge of the river Lede. Open all year round Le Moulin is within easy reach through Bergerac Airport , along the circuit of Bastides (historical towns and villages) and various Chateaux.
The medieval village of St Avit itself was home to the famous ceramist Bernard Palissy who is celebrated annually on the 2nd Sunday of August drawing in around 5,000 visitors.

There are many interesting walks and routes for mountain biking or horse riding. Depending on the season we can also organize various other activities including hunting, archery, fishing, canyoning, tennis, quad biking and rock climbing to name but a few.

We offer the rental of two fully equipped Gites and the use of our good size Swimming pool (6mx12m).

On the first floor there is a double room, a room with two single beds and another with both a double and a single with a small balcony overlooking the river. We are also able to offer a cot and highchair.

There are two reception rooms both 25m equipped with TV, video and DVD players. Adjacent is a huge dining room 45m and fully equipped kitchen. (over, cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, iron & ironing board, hoover and stereo system).

Outside you will find large private terrace (barbecue and garden furniture). There is also the use of the washing machine (for which we would request a small contribution).
