In the old town of Plouharnel, near the "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and a stone's throw from the coastal path (GR34); Laurent Vidal, welcomes you to his villa (2023) for a minimum stay of 5 nights between the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Rue de la Baie is a dead end leading to the sea (Bay side) and the Kercroc oyster farming yards.
All shops are within walking distance: Supermarket, pharmacy, press, restaurants, bistro...

The villa is classified 4 stars (Furnished tourism classification). It is a second house, independent of the guest rooms but located on the same land.

On the ground floor: Large living room (50 m2), laundry room, toilet and bathroom (Italian shower).

Upstairs: Three double bedrooms (180cm king size beds); Two of the bedrooms have their private bathroom (Wc and walk-in shower), the third has access to a bathroom (180 bed, 2x90 cm).

The swimming pool is reserved for you, heated (28°C from March to October) it has a DEPTH of 2.10 m OVER ITS ENTIRE SURFACE (7 X 3.50 m).
Covered by a sliding shelter, completely retractable, It is possible to swim with the shelter closed in mid-season (Secured by key, compliant with standard NF P 90-309).

The terrace is equipped with sofas, deck chairs, hammock, tables and barbecue.

The garden is completely enclosed and preserves your privacy.
The parking lot can accommodate three vehicles. Electric recharge possible from normal outlet.

To date, the accommodation is not equipped for people with reduced mobility.

You can borrow a paddle, a surfboard, a kayak or bikes depending on availability with the guest rooms.
