Description of B&B:

Our three cottages are located in Annecy, (400m from the restaurants and the main town) and 2km from the lake. The place is very quiet and green, along a stream. The rooms are new and equipped with a bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC). The total areas range between 20 and 26 m2. Common terrace with three bedrooms and separate entrance. Breakfast included, either on site or in a croissant at any time, at 150 m. Only contact me by phone for availability. BOOKING CONDITIONS: Refer to my website. You will also discover the photo of each room, and their respective costs.

Maison très originale, "chambre violette" meublée avec goût et raffinement, salle d'eau claire et aérée, literie impeccable, délicieux petits déjeuners. "maitres de maison" adorables de gentillesse et de prévenance. Allez au Ruisseau du Lac.

Maison très originale, la "chambre violette" arrangée avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement, salle d'eau claire et aérée, literie impeccable, petits déjeuners délicieux et délicieusement servis sur la terrasse devant la chambre. Les maîtres de maison sont adorablement gentils et prévenants. Allez au Ruisseau du lac.

Nous avons passés deux jours très agréables au "Ruisseau du Lac". Chambre très chaleureuse au bord de l'eau, ou plutôt du ruisseau. Cadre buccolique. Immeuble original. Accueil convivial : fondant au chocolat. Propriétaires sympathiques.
