Les Maisons d’hôtes
Have been remodeled in a spirit associating the charm of traditional materials and a contemporary decoration.
Le Séchoir et La Grange are set away from the main dwelling, bordered by a pine knoll in order to preserve the privacy of the guests during their stay.
Our houses offer quality amenities including for each house a heated swimming pool from May to October and a WIFI access.

Location
Our houses are located 2.5 km from Saint-Sauveur de Meilhan, at the border between Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne in the southwest of France. They are easily reached by car, train or from Bordeaux-Mérignac airport 75 km away.
Many activities can be accomplished closed by : navigation on the Garonne’s canal, visit of the vineyards, hiking the countryside, ride horses or bicycles, play golf or relax in the spa at Casteljaloux, spend the day at the Walibi attraction park...

La Grange
AREA : 250 m2
Accomodation : 8 people

SWIMMING POOL : 10 x 4,5 m

“La Grange” is a typical exemple of farm building architecture of the area, built up in ashlars and quarry-stones, completely restaured in a contemporary spirit.
Four large bedrooms can comfortably accomodate 8 persons, each with its own italian shower room.
The living room, as well as the large kitchen with a fire place, put the accent on space and conviviality.
The private 10m x 4.5m pool is heated to allow you to swim from May to October.

AREA : 160 m2
ACCOMODATION : 6 people
ROOMS : 3
SWIMMING POOL : 10 x 4,5 m

“Le séchoir” is a traditional fixture of the Lot-et-Garonne countryside. During the last century, each farm owned this wooden high structure in which tobacco leaves were hanged to dry.
The frame of this wooden “cathedral” has been kept to define a magnificient volume in which six guests can be confortably accomodated.
The 3 contemporary designed bedrooms have been conceived along the principle of independant hotel rooms with their private toilets and Italian showers.
The 10m x 4.5m private pool, set in a wooden deck, is heated to allow you to swim from May to October.
