Situated at the foot of a wooded troglodyte hill, we welcome you to our two gites, contemporarily set in a former paper mill dating from 1865, and sleeping between 4 and ten people, with additional sleeping accommodation on sofa beds.

On the edge of the great immediate Bercé forest, famous for its ancient oak trees, animals (deer, deer ...) and the variety of mushrooms, is a set of seven homes original design. In the nearby, you could discover the famous “Loire valley” well known for these castles, these vineyards, the “Le Mans city” famous for these 24 h race-car, these pates and his car museum. The landscape is very green grassland and forest. Don’t be surprised to discover roe deer, red deer, wild boar, rabbit, hare, as well as heron, duck, and a lot of bird.
