Charming guest rooms on the island of Leros, Greece
It has a name, in Greek ΨΗΛΑΛΏΝΙΑ, in english PSILALONIA, which means "high threshing floors". Two circular floors built of massive stones, on which wheat was threshed, neighbor the house.
Built in the early 20th century, the latter was practically a ruin when we bought it.
We restored and expanded the former farmhouseThe house is called "Psilalonia" - in French "the High Aires" - because nearby there are two very large grain areas has made massive stone on which wheat was beaten. It is an old farmhouse which has been renovated and enlarged.
