We have two en-suite family rooms, one bedroom with private shower room and one twin and one single room that share a bathroom opposite. There is a library for our guests to relax in and all rooms have wonderful views over the Sussex Weald and the gardens and paddock. We are in a very quiet lane with plenty of walking, cycling paths and nearby riding on the downs. We are also close to many National Trust Gardens and if you want more excitement then Brighton is the place to go. With the sea, the famous Brighton Pier and the wonderful Royal Pavilion you'll never be bored.

We also have two self catering cottages, The Gate House and The Tack Room are both studio cottages with en-suite bathrooms and small kitchens. The cottages both sleep 2 people in a studio situation, the double bed is in the lounge area and both have lovely views over the gardens and paddock. They both have off road parking.
