Three guest bedrooms each with en-suite bath or shower rooms for you to choose. You are welcome to use the garden with secure swimming pool and light the barbecue for your grillades. Breakfasts are served in the courtyard or the salon de chasse. Private parking in our cave. Or if you prefer to self cater try the village house for 4-6 people opposite.
Cuxac d' Aude is well placed for visiting the area. 10 km from Narbonne and 25mins from the mediterranean beaches.
The Cathare castles, Cite of Carcassonne the canal du midi all well worth a visit.

Maison de village

Renovated in a typically mediterranean style, this village house, situated in a quiet area / street on the outskirts of Cuxac, can accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation comprises :
2 bedrooms, double ( 140cm) beds and a mezzanine with 2 single beds.
The double bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with a bathroom, separate w.c.
On the first floor is a :
-Dining room / sitting room with fireplace ( wood provided ).
-Fully equiped kitchen.
Double doors lead out onto the terrace where there is a barbeque and terrace furniture.

For those wishing to spend more than just a few days the gite is well placed for exploring this area of France. There is so much to do and see with the coast and beaches only 20-30 minutes away by car. Numerous cycle routes, walking routes. The canal du midi. Historical and cultural sites abound, the cathar castles, Carcassonne all within 1 hours drive.
Maybe you fancy a winter break? For those intersted in skiing we are just over 2 hours drive to the ski slopes in the Pyrennees.
