Battery House is our family home, a stone built Victorian villa with a south facing position looking over the River Forth, beside the Forth Rail Bridge. It takes only 20 minutes to reach the centre of Edinburgh by train or car and there are 4 trains per hour. The village is quiet and tranquil with easy access to beautiful and historic parts of South East and Central Scotland.

B&B Description:

We have two bedrooms, one en-suite family room with double bed and adult sized bunk beds. The room can sleep 4 and has TV radion tea and coffee making facilities. The other is a room which can be twin bedded or as a king-sized double bed. It faces south and has its own private shower room immediately adjacent but not en-suite. We have a large garden and plenty of private parking. Breakfast is freshly cooked to your order and can be a full Scottish breakfast or a lighter continental breakfast, as you prefer.

On the north side of the River Forth, take the B981, the first turn on the left (going north) Follow the road into the village of North Queensferry. At the Ferrybridge hotel turn left and pass under the Forth Rail Bridge. Just before the gates to Deep Sea World, turn left again and down Forthside Terrace into East Bay which is a cul-de-sac at the end. We are number 3, the only old stone villa among other red-roofed bungalows.
