It houses a small family-run farm, retaining all the charm of the ancient structure and traditional furnishings. Stands on a typical Tuscan hill, shaded by cypress trees, facing the medieval village of Cetona with its cluster of houses clinging to the rock summit. All around the green of cultivated land with ancient taste, olive groves, vineyards, small patches of grain and sunflowers, groves and brooms, which dominates by Monte Cetona, covered with holm oaks.
B&B Description:Our country house has 2 double rooms (possibility to add 1 lit for children until 12 years old), 2 bath rooms with shower, and large living room with kitche and big fire-place. The forniture is ancient et the linge fine. There is a quiet garden with armchears.

Holiday rental description:The Caio is easily accessible, yet has been so quiet and panoramic position. Directly on the asphalt road is less than 2 km. the village, also reachable by a short walk. Surrounding, thousand opportunities for recreation and culture, prehistoric caves and the archaeological museum in Cetona, Etruscan sites à Chiusi and Sarteano, hot springs at S. Casciano Bagni, the many art towns of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, pools and spas, lakes of Bolsena and Trasimeno equipped with paddle boats and beaches, the Cetona and Amiata Mounts for hiking or mountain biking, skating, tennis, fishing lake of Chiusi. And more celebrations and festivals, tournaments, chivalry, theater and outdoor concerts.
Very recommanded the Wine Ways (Nobile, Brunello, Chianti, Orcia, Orvieto) and traditional tuscan food.
