Description for B&B:

The first room called studio is located on the third level of the apartment, in the supportive part, full of charm. The room of 12 M2 is equipped with a large bed, 2 bedside tables, an old wardrobe. The private bathroom has a bath and sink. The WC is also independent.
The second bedroom (14 M2) is in the center of the first level without external opening is equipped with a queen size bed, two nightstands, a full-length closet, and a rather large book collection. The bathroom corresponding to the guestroom is equipped with a shower stall, sink, and toilette. The proprietor provides bath towels and the sheets. .
A parking space is available (in option) if you arrive by car. Guests enjoy access to the terrace (80 M2) and its amenities (tables, chairs, etc.) at all hours. The kitchen is equipped with bar and stools, all cooking accessories, a full size refrigerator/freezer, and is available for breakfast and snacks throughout the day.
The rental fee includes all charges, breakfast, as well as all bedding and towels. A deposit equal to 30% of the total rate is requested in order to make a reservation.
Your reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.
Payments can be made by check (in Euros only) and bank account transfers. The remaining amount of the rental fee (minus the 30% deposit) is to be paid upon arrival.
For your stay, please be sure to notify me as to your approximate arrival time (no sooner than 5:00 o’clock PM) so your welcome can be planed accordingly.
The stay must be at least a minimum of two nights. Additionnal surtax of 10 euros if the stay is for one night.

Description for Gite

The apartment is spread over 3 levels with access to a terrace. The neighborhood is very cosmopolitan with a very lively and colorful food market on the week-end and a flea market for every day of the week. Access to the center of Bordeaux or the riverfront is very fast and 3 tram lines are accessible in less than 3 minutes.
