The region, known for the Three Musketeers, provides a great variety of fascinating historic sites. Interesting festivals are held regularly, like the yearly jazz festival of Marciac, that is known throughout the world. Toulouse is only a forty-five minute drive away and has many museums, an interesting space-centre and a number of beautiful parks to walk in. The historic city centre is perfect for a nice afternoon of shopping. Here you will also find a great scale of concerts, theatre performances and other cultural activities.
