Near the village of Plomodiern come and rest in a quiet old farmhouse renovate.Prices all charges included
The new cottage of 45 m² is adjoining on one side to another cottage two people. It consists on the ground floor of a living room and a toilet and upstairs a bedroom with wardrobe closet, a clearance with low cupboard and a bathroom with toilet suspended.
Equipment: washing machine, microwave, dishwasher 6 places, induction hob, oven pyrolysis, fridge freezer, television, vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer.
An individual and closed terrace is at your disposal at the back of the house.

In the village one km to you will find an inter-market, a bakery, restaurants, a hairdresser, a pharmacy.
The cottage is ideally located between Douarnenez, the peninsula of Crozon and Quimper.
500 m from the house overlooking the Bay of Douarnenez and hiking trails, 5.2 km Lestrevet beach and fine sand and 4 km lead hom and 330 m altitude with a 360 view degrees.

Directions
To come to the gorre ribl
You come by Quimper, after the village of Plonevez porzay, you will pass the municipality of Ploéven. After the roundabout (the only one) at the exit of the village you have a big straight line with at the end on your right a shop with a silo (green dot).
You go up the hill and you take the first voice on the left towards Saint Nic. You continue to see on your left a pharmacy and on your right opposite a hotel in wood.
At the intersection turn right, then the first road on the left. At the next intersection (little visibility to the right) you go straight, the road goes down between recent houses and goes back out of the village. On your left a house with skylights, you take behind the path with white floor lights.
You have arrived.
You come by Châteaulin before passing the chapel of Sainte marie lead hom there is a parking on your left. Take along this car park to the left, two hundred meters further take the path to the right (house in the pines at the corner),
Go down the path (in poor condition) to an intersection with garbage cans on your left. Turn left is the farmhouse on the right.
Pass between the buildings and take the path on the right with floor lights
You have arrived.
