Valérie DUSSIER welcomes you to her pretty farmhouse surrounded by nature in her comfortable Suite with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) for 1 to 4 people (2 bedrooms) ideal for spending holidays with family, friends or as a couple . We are 5 minutes by car from the sea and the shops.

Located between Erdeven and Plouharnel, our little place called Kerlogen is ideal for walking and cycling., fishing, sliding-sailing sports and golf course (27 holes).

We are very close to the peninsula of Quiberon - Carnac - Erdeven - Etel - Belz - La Trinité-sur-Mer - Saint-Philibert - Saint-Pierre-Quiberon - Belle-Île-en-Mer.

OUR STRONG POINTS :
- For your comfort, the Suite with its 2 bedrooms is attached to our accommodation and completely independent (no sharing of the Suite by two families who do not know each other).
- Entrance, parking and private courtyard (private access to the rental from the back of the farmhouse via the boiler room).

- Cyclists & Motorcyclists reception (secure shelter for bikes and motorbikes).

PRICES (breakfasts, bed linen and towels included):
1 person (1 bedroom, double bed): 85 euros per night.
2 people (1 bedroom, double bed): 90 euros per night.
2 people (2 bedrooms, double beds): 90 euros per night.
3 people (2 bedrooms, double beds): 110 euros per night.
4 people (2 bedrooms, double beds): 130 euros per night.
Child's extra bed from 3 to 8 years old maximum provided (only in the parental room), supplement 15 euros per night.
Holiday vouchers accepted up to 50% of the stay.

HEALTH INFORMATION:
- Sanitary pass not requested.
- Complete disinfection and ventilation before each arrival (use of specific disinfectant products for washable surfaces and linens).

ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ON SITE:
- Bed linen and towels renewed at your request.
- Toilet paper, garbage bags for bedrooms and bathrooms, a small cleaning product starter kit if you wish to use the kitchen area during your stay.

SERVICES AND BENEFITS:
- Private entrance, parking and courtyard.
- Private access to the rental from the back of the farmhouse via the boiler room.
- The accommodation is composed of two separate bedrooms (140 bed) both opening onto a corridor leading to the living room (kitchen area and living room) where you can make your meals.
- From the living room, you access the (new) shower room common to the two bedrooms and equipped with toilets.

ON-SITE EQUIPMENT:
- Sofa, sofa, tv, free wifi with exclusive internet line, crockery, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, tea towels, coffee machine etc...
- The courtyard is equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal at your expense).
- The boiler room is equipped with a washing machine (detergent at your expense) with a space for storing beach equipment, fishing, bicycles.
- Due to the current health crisis, breakfasts will be delivered to you in the form of a picnic basket or will be served on our terrace if the weather permits.

Our animal freinds are not admitted.
