Cottage, 6 persons in the heart of Cotes d'Armor, 2 km from Quintin, small town character (castle, ride alleys, old houses). Stroll in the park and along the river below, your tranquility is assured. On the ground floor: large living-dining room extended by a veranda facing south (stove), kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, Walk in shower, WC, first floor: two bedrooms and bathroom, WC, a large playroom. We preferred comfort (insulation + + +, underfloor heating) and decor (family furniture, antique rugs).
