THE TOURNESOL SUITE
An attractive suite on a total area of 40 m²;The spacious (18 m²) south facing bedroom overlooks the pool and has a king size bed. The vaulted sitting room (20 m²) is perfect for reading and relaxing, it has a single bed with an additional pull out bed, both 80cm wide. Small shower room with toilet.
THE JASMINE SUITE
This large bright bedroom of 20 m² has a king size bed and is decorated in the warm bright colours of the South of France. Perfect for an enjoyable stay - it will be hard to tear yourself away! Small comfortable sitting room. Beautiful shower room with separate toilet.
Description of Le Moulinage Gite :THE MOULIN GITE Built in the old flour mill, this very spacious cottage is a cosy and comfortable place for sunny holidays. Part of the old mill mechanism remains in the entrance to the gite.With and overhall area of 80 m2 it comprises two bedrooms, a large sitting room with a beautiful fireplace, opening on to a private terrace with barbeque.The fully equipped kitchen with diswasher, fridge freezer, traditional and microwave ovens is very functional.The entrance is on the ground floor.THE MAGNANERIE GITEThis cottage used to be the old silk works. With vaulted ceilings, wax plasterwork and lime paintwork it is an impressive holiday home.On the ground floor; a functional kitchen and a very large living room in two sections, opening on to a south facing pergola and a shady west facing terrace.On the first floor; three pleasantly decorated bedrooms, main bedroom with a double bed, second bedroom with twin 90cm beds and third bedroom with bunk beds. Directions to Le MoulinageComing from the motorway a7LORIOL (Exit 16)Take RN304 indirection Privas/Le Pouzin/La Voulte sur RhôneAt Le Pouzin after crossing the bridge over the Rhône river, take a left in the south direction (RN86) towards Cruas/Le Teil/Montpellier.At about 2.7 km, take a left in the direction of Saint Lager Bressac (D 322) until the D 22 crossroads (the village church should be in front of you). Turn on your left in the direction of Saint Vincent de Barrès/Meysse/Montélimar. At about 800m turn left again on a small road named Bruchon/Champesteve.
