Description of Gite:

'LE CASTELET' a renovated 'pigeonnier', (dovecot), is a South and East facing three storey gite with a private balcony. Ideal mainly for a couple but may also be suitable for two people if they do not mind sharing the same bedroom and using the sofa as a second bed.
The ground floor comprises of a hall leading to a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath/shower and basin.
The kitchen is on the first floor which is equipped with a table and banquette seating, fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, two electric rings, electric kettle, cutlery, crockery and pans etc.
This opens out onto the large balcony with a gas barbecue, table and chairs overlooking the beautiful countryside.
The top floor has newly fitted air conditioning and comprises of a raised double bed, accessible by a small ladder, with a sofa bed for your comfort and also French television, a DVD/CD player along with a few DVDs, a radio and a selection books.
Le Castelet is fully centrally heated with thermostat controls for Winter lets and along with the air conditioning, a fan is also provided for Summer lets.ADSL internet access.
'PICARDIE' a 'tourelle', (little tower), is a three storey South facing gite ideal for a couple, two or three people if the lounge is used as a second bedroom.
The ground floor comprises of a hall leading to the large and airy kitchen, which is equipped with a table and four chairs, one comfortable chair, fridge/freezer, a microwave, a gas oven with four gas rings, gas kettle, electric coffee machine, hand whisk/blender, cutlery, crockery and pans etc. The bathroom is also situated on the ground floor and has a bath/shower, toilet and basin.
The lounge is on the first floor, complete with two sofas for your comfort and also French television, English satellite television, a video player along with a few videos, a radio/cassette/CD player and selection of books.
The bedroom is on the top floor with a ceiling fan, a double bed, a comfortable chair and stunning views of the Pyrénées mountains. This is also a good vantage point from which to watch the varied and abundant wildlife.
Picardie is fully centrally heated with thermostat controls for Winter lets and a fan provided for Summer lets.
'SUNNYCROFT' is a South facing bungalow gite with two separate bedrooms ideal for a family of four or for those who have difficulty with stairs.
The gite opens onto the open plan lounge equipped with a sofa and armchair, French television, English satellite television, a DVD/CD player along with a few DVDs, a radio and a selection of books that include some books for younger children.The kitchen/diner area is alongside and this is equipped with a table and four chairs, fridge/freezer, a microwave, a gas oven with four gas rings, gas kettle, electric coffee machine, hand whisk, cutlery, crockery and pans etc.
The back bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds and a chair and the master bedroom has a double bed and a chair, with two small steps leading to the en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin.
Sunnycroft is fully centrally heated with thermostat controls for Winter lets and fans provided for Summer lets.
