The Annexe is part of our family home in Chadalais, part of the commune of Maisonnais-sur-Tardoire in the Parc Natural Regional Perigord Limousin. We are on the borders of Charente, Haute-Vienne and the Dordogne, mid-way between Angoulême and Limoges.

The Annexe is a well equipped, self-contained part of our property offering its own private keyed entrance. Only used for one booking at any one time this is ideal if travelling on your own, with friends or family with the option of one or two bedrooms included in the rate. The Annexe is ideal, for short-term or overnight stays for those visiting for house hunting, professional business, attending family events or just passing through. We are also located a short drive from Domaine des étangs and Chateau Rocher making us an ideal option for those attending events at the venues.

With guests staying on an optional Bed and Breakfast basis, there are no kitchen facilities, but there are ample tea and coffee making facilities and provisions as well as a small fridge. The accommodation also offers secure parking.

The sleeping accommodation offers one of three options- a king size room suitable for up to 2 guests, a twin room suitable for up to 2 guests, or to book both rooms taking maximum adult occupancy to 4 guests. Both bedrooms are clean and well-presented offering comfortable beds with character features and views over the surrounding countryside. There are also clothes storage facilities and hanging space in both bedrooms, and hanging space in the hall. There are fans to keep you cool in the summer, and adequate heating to keep you warm in the winter months.

There is no dedicated garden or outside space for guests of 'The Annexe'.

Fresh bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided upon arrival. The accommodation can accommodate up to one child under 3 at no extra charge and a cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Our rates include electric, linen, towels, heating, after-stay cleaning and local tourist taxes with no additional charges.

Chadalais is a delightful village and a great place to go for a short evening walk, or to explore the Limousin countryside. We are just a short drive to several towns and villages that offer a host of dining options year round, as well as shops, bars and cafes. Our dining recommendations are provided in the guest information.

Due to the differing requirements of our guests, we do not offer a served or buffet breakfast, but include a self-serve in-room continental breakfast with the standard rental rate (pastries, tea/ coffee, fruit juice).
