A perfect place to stay in peace and quiet to work or relax. Have breakfast outside on the large terrace or relax on a lounger under the olive tree in the garden and enjoy the sweeping sea views towards the Estorel headland. There are also lovely views of the Tanneron hills, especially when the mimosa is blossoming, from the terrace and the French windows in the dining area.



The villa and garden have a south/east to south/west aspect. The open plan layout inside together with large French windows leading to the Terrace and garden gives a light and airy feel all day long.



The villa is in an excellent position, close to beaches, shops and markets (a ten minute walk to each one) but well away from noisy main roads and holidaymaking crowds. It is easy to reach by public transport, just a five to ten minute walk to bus stops and the nearest railway station, so ideal for those who don't want to drive much, if at all. Parking is not a problem just use one of our free reserved parking spaces on the road outside.



Enjoy blue skies and sunshine at the seaside, plus all the attractions of Cannes and the Cote d'Azur, from great food and wine to sports, entertainment and activities all year round. From here it is easy to explore Provence with its wide variety of things to see and do, whenever you visit.

Continental breakfast provided, either in the dining area or outside on the terrace between 08.00 and 09.30.

Arrival after 15.00. Departure by 11.00. Quiet hours after 22.30.



Access to the Croix des Gardes on foot/by car

The nearest park, Le Jardin des Mores, is a 10 minute walk from the villa. It has pedestrian access to the lifeguarded Blue Flag beach at Les Rochers.



It takes under five minutes to walk to the nearest railway station - Le Bosquet (which is on the Ventimiglia/Nice/Cannes/Grasse line). It takes just over five minutes to walk to the nearest local shops, bars and restaurants on the High Street. It is a 10 minute walk to the daily Provencal market, the tourist office and the post office and just under 10 minutes to walk to the main bus stops close to Cannes la Bocca railway station.
