The estate comprises 4 acres, bordered by a river, a stream and crossed by a canal with mill paddle-wheel. Through its history the property has housed a silk-worm husking industry, a pottery, a tannery and became a family holiday house in 1964. After aquisition, a long year of work was required to restore the buildings’ original charm. Since July 2009, Moutière welcome to you all along the year in the three bed and breakfast rooms and 5 gîtes.
