A large part of the ground floor of the farmhouse is converted into three spacious, comfortable double rooms, including en-suite bathrooms.Each room has its own entrance, each at another side of the farmhouse.
Smoking in the rooms is prohibited.
Le Marche is an area which has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. It is situated between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains.
A place where you will find all the good things Italy has to offer:
beautiful villages, magnificent nature, lovely beaches, delicious food and,
of course, the famous white Verdicchio-wine!

Description for Gite
In the garden you also find a detached bungalow measuring 48m²,named Oleandro.
It can accommodate a couple or a family with one or two children.
There are two single-beds (or one double bed) and one large sleeping couch.
A washing machine is among its conveniences. Casa Oleandro boasts its own private garden, parking space and splendid view over the beautiful hills.
It is possible to join the other guests for breakfast at
the farmhouse (€ 7,00 p.p.).
Smoking in Oleandro is prohibited.
Animals allowed on request.

Directions
From Northern Italy:
Follow the A1 towards Milan from Parma - Bologna. Follow the A1 towards Bologna. At Bologna the A14 in the direction Rimini - Ancona. Take the A14 exit Ancona Nord and continue on the SS76 direction Jesi, Fabriano and Roma.
After about 25 minutes to exit Mergo / Apiro. Go down the exit right and follow the signs Mergo. Keep straight (on the track) and follow the road up the mountain. After about 10 minutes you pass the village Mergo. Stay on this road beyond the village.
A kilometers past the village to the T-junction go straight ahead (past a small church). Follow the road towards Rosora, but take the first left immediately. This is Via Panocchia. After little more than one kilometers to the sign with "Casa dei Colli 'right to the road in our Bed & Breakfast.
From Rome:
Take the ring road from the A1 to the north. Take the exit Orte to Terni. Take Osteria del Gatto right in the SS76 direction Fabriano and Ancona.
Take the exit Mergo / Apiro. Go down the exit right and follow the signs Mergo. Keep straight (on the track) and follow the road up the mountain.
