L'Envolée (formerly "Nostalgie"), a bed and breakfast recently taken over by Michèle Steenhuyse, is a large stone house at the entrance of Belvianes et Cavirac, a small village in Aude. This village is located between the Mediterranean and the mountain, between Perpignan (70kms) and Carcassonne (50kms). On the road of Cathar castles, nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees, it offers spectacular scenery.

This very bright guesthouse, full of charm and refinement, has a light and cheerful atmosphere given by Michele, international tourism and hotel industry professional. She easily speaks six languages and will welcome you warmly.

Traditional breakfast varies daily.
No table d'hotes at "L'Envolée", or exceptionally on request. But Michèle will be happy to advise you of small restaurants nearby. You will sleep peacefully in romantic guestrooms with views of the mountains and the village. There is also a terrace with barbecue and a sunken garden. The lounge is available for guests to relax, watch satellite TV in your home language if you wish.

The bedrooms named Colombe, Mésange, L'Orientale (former room from Nostalgie) and Colibri, available in single, double and triple, are spacious, bright and equipped with a shower room with toilet. There is also a large family room.
In the hallway upstairs, a "kitchenette" with fridge, microwave, hob and kettle is at your disposal for a small snack or drink.

The cottage (maximum four people) is equipped with a small kitchen and has direct access to the terrace and garden.
