This old farmhouse in 1000m² of grounds, was renovated and extended in the 90s. The owner has taken great care to restore the house with taste and has preserved it's charm and authenticity whilst integrating all modern facilities.
The property is gated, fenced and entirely private.
The private pool (10m X 5m) is surrounded by a colourful garden and the grapevine covering the pergola provides shade from the sun. There is ample seating and sunbeds around the pool..
The covered terrace provides a great place for outdoor dining with BBQ and seating for 10 guests.
Just off the pool area, is the snooker room and downstairs, the gymnasium with Four types of training apparatus and shower.
In the main house, the living area is very spacious (80m²) and consists of TV area, dining room with seating for 10 guests, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area.
There are 5 bedrooms, all with plenty of cupboard space. 5 bathrooms and toilets. 1 bathroom has bath and the 4 others are shower rooms.
Of the 5 bedrooms, one has a 160cm bed, the second a 140 cm and the others all have twin beds. In the most spacious of the bedrooms there are four additional twin beds and a cot for baby with plenty of extra space to add beds if necessary.
