We are located in Mur de Bretagne, a small town of 2500 inhabitants, located equidistant from the coasts of Pink Granite and the Gulf of Morbihan, ideal place to discover all Brittany and 2 km from Lake Guerlédan.

This cottage is a haven of peace located 500m from the village center and shops to which you can also easily reach on foot by road or by the Green Lane which passes close to the housing, or by car. Lake Guerlédan is 2 km away, you can also reach it by the Green Lane if you wish.

The housing is an old workshop / artist's gallery of about 40 m2 on one level - completely restored and transformed into a spacious detached house in traditional stone.
