Beautifully restored 15th century peaceful holiday cottage tucked away up a private lane close to the village of Sermaise (49), an ildylic location for a peaceful getaway. Just 30 minutes from Angers, Saumur and La Flèche, 10 minutes from Baugé, a medieval town dating back 1000 years and with its own golf course. Ten minutes from Beaufort-en-Vallée with its indoor swimming pool with slide, hamma and sauna.
This cottage is 120m2 with beds to accommodate 6 people, 2 Queen-size beds, 2 adult bunk beds and a separate pull-out bed.

Electic heating + wood burner. The cottage has its own patio area with sunbeds and patio table and barbecue. You also have access to the shared gardens with fish pond. The cottage is at the end of a private lane perfect for your morning stroll. There is a boule set and table tennis table under a barn. There are also four bikes available for you (two adult, two kids). There is a selection of books, board games and DVD player in the cottage. There is also a guide book with various activities mapped out for you. We are available to answer your questions and give suggestions as to what to do.
