A car park welcomes you on this beautiful area of one hectare on which is built cottage Le Spartiate located in Bruille Saint Amand.As soon as you enter the cottage, you will discover the living room in which there is a superb kitchen equipped with a superb piano and wood stove (also means of heating in winter) then the dining room with two large wooden tables with benches for meals during your seminars or private events and a lounge to relax and discover the landscape.
In the extension of this room, there is the meeting room (ideal for 16 people). It can also allow you to receive more people during your private events (mandatory rental from 20 people and no more than 45 authorized persons in the cottage for your weddings ..)
On the other side of the house, there are 4 rooms for 4 people with 4 single beds with mattresses of excellent qualityeach room is equipped with a bathroom. The cottage is equipped with 4 toilets also.
There is also a large terrace to enjoy the sun with garden furniture.
Crockery for 20 people. The price of the meeting room in addition to the rental of the cottage is 190 (mandatory for more than 20 people and less than 45 people)

Take direction Valenciennes.
Exit n ° 4 Saint -Amand Thermal. (if exit barred take the following No. 6, pass under the highway and take the exit saint Amand waters)

At the roundabout, take direction Condé sur Escaut (3rd road).
You arrive on the road "roundabouts".
You pass Leclerc, The Pasino.

At the big roundabout, take the first exit direction Condé Sur Escaut, Bruille Saint Amand on the right.
