This 25m² duplex studio cottage, for 2 people, is located in the old bread oven of an old winegrower's house that we have completely renovated, thus combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. It is classified 2 stars Atout France, labeled 2 keys Clévacances as well as "Valeurs natural regional park". On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room with TV and WiFi, separately a kitchenette with fridge ceramic hob and multifunction microwave oven, next to a bathroom with shower, sink and WC. On the first floor, access by a secure miller's ladder, is the bedroom under the attic, it may not be suitable for some people with mobility problems, tall or claustrophobic, equipped with a bed 180 X 200 or (2 x 90 x 200) according to your request, on your arrival the beds are made. You have access to a large courtyard where you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. On the back of it, and on 40 ares, fully enclosed, you will find a pétanque court, garden furniture, parking and our heated swimming pool in season (not in winter). It is located in a typical Lorraine village in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park. You will be there in peace. Its location in the center of the triangle formed by the cities of Verdun, Metz and Nancy make it an ideal starting point for visiting our region.
You will find all types of shops within a radius of 3 to 5 kms.
We are at your disposal for any requests that can help you during your stay. Supply of maps and various documents allowing you to discover our beautiful region.

Rental 1 week: from 250 to 280 - July and August rental only weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Mid-week rental (4 nights): 180 Arrival on Monday or Tuesday
Weekend (2 nights): 130
Tourist tax: 0.99€ per person over 18 and per day.
All inclusive.
Sheets and towels provided on arrival, except swimming pool towel.
Provision of baby equipment on request.
A 30% deposit is required for any reservation

Only the number of people declared at the time of booking will be accepted in the accommodation and outside.
It is not possible to privatize the premises, in particular our swimming pool, for parties or any other reason.
